How the Compatibility Checker Works

Select exact catalog products, then compare the CPU, RAM and SSD against a motherboard. Results explain the reason, evidence level and what still needs checking.

Choose exact components

Search by full product name or SKU. A suffix such as D4 can change memory support. If a board has multiple PCB revisions, select the printed revision before relying on a BIOS or QVL answer.

Read the status

“Not compatible” is used for a documented hard mismatch. “Compatible with conditions” requires a specific follow-up. “Not enough verified information” means the evidence is missing or conflicted. “Supported by manufacturer documentation” requires an exact documented record and does not mean PCCompat performed a hands-on test.

Verify before purchase

Open the linked manufacturer source, check its current version and confirm the exact part number. Our results do not replace the maker’s support policy or your own build checks.
